| FC4210-60 Features: |
|
|
|
The
new Cutting Pro designed for paperboard processing
and cutting of other thick, hard materials. The
finished product is so professional, the FC4210-60
can also be used for short-run productions! |
- Dual
Tool Holders for Productivity
The new FC4210-60 allows two tools to be mounted
simultaneously for easy, on-the-fly switching. By
loading the bladeholder and the creasing tool at
the same time, both cutting and creasing operations
can be performed without any need to exchange tools.
A plotting pen can also be used to test plot the
design prior to the cutting operation.
|
|
- Substrate-specific Creasing Functions
The FC4210-60 will effectively crease even the
most rigid substrates for clean folding. The user
can select from single-line, double-line, or triple-line
creasing.
|
- Independent X/Y Direction Force Settings
Creasing force and cutting force can both be specified
independently for the X and Y directions to suit
the special characteristics of microflute and prevent
the equipment's cutting surface (table) from being
damaged.
|
- Automatic
Registration Mark Detection Function
The FC4210-60 has a built-in registration mark detection
sensor for precise alignment of pre-printed designs
and graphics with respect to the internal coordinates
system. The registration mark detection feature enables
automatic compensation of physically skewed placement
of material to precisely align the cutting lines
with the package design.
|
- Tangential
Emulation for High-performance cutting
Graphtec's proprietary tangential emulation provides
consistently accurate and clean cutting even on microflute
(F/G grade) and paperboard, ensuring sharp edges
and corners. The FC4210-60 uses a bladeholder with
a supersteel blade to cut smoothly through a wide
range of substrates.
