Secabo TC D2 double plate heat press
The Secabo TC D2 double-base heat press uses 2 working plates with a size of 30cm x 38cm each. The horizontally swingable heating plate can easily be positioned. With the TC D2, the user can achieve a high production volume with easy alignment

digital controllers
Time and temperature can easily be set and controlled by the digital controllers.
big working space
With the high clam angle of 50° objects can be aligned precisely
variable pressure
the pressure can easily be adjusted - depending on the technology and object
safe use
The safety and quality of the machines is permanently controlled by German safety standards

exact temperature distribution
The high-quality heat plate ensures an exact temperature distribution over the whole heating plate

hysteresis
The temperature controllers reduce temperature fluctuations to a minimum
two working plates
with the 2 base plates, high production volumes can easily be achieved

applications for heat presses

Design like professionals - the use of heat presses

What is a heat press?
A heat press can be used to transfer logos or images on different materials. The machine uses both pressure and heat to create durable and professional results. A heat press looks like a large iron, but uses very high and constant pressure. Heat presses can be used for many different heat transfer applications

Textile finishing with flex or flock vinyl
Motives are cut from flex or flock vinyl and are then applied on the garments using a heat press. For example soccer team shirts can be created with name, number and club logo.

sublimation transfer:
With this method the heat press can transfer graphics, photos and text which is printed with a regular inkjet printer. The print is then transferred on any polyester or polyester-coated material. The only requirement are the special sublimation inks. By heating the inks in the heat press, the colour is transferred into the polyester coating. Sublimation is suitable for polyester garments, puzzles, mousepads, tiles etc. Please note that sublimation is only suitable for white or light colours..

inkjet flex:
The image is printed on the inkjet flex film which can then be applied on any garment. Only standard water-based inks are required and are fixed through a special coating inside the flex film. With this technology, high-quality garment finishing can be created, e.g. for sport shirts etc. .

chromablast transfer:
With this patented method, logos and graphics can be printed wit a special ink / paper combination and are then applied with a heat press on untreated cotton material. Chromablast is especially suitable for small series light textiles to apply realistic and bright colours.

why do I need a heat press?
A heat press offers possibilities for many different transfer applications. It is suitable for both professional and semi-professional users who want to realize their creative ideas like:

creative mug design
individual mouse pad design
finishing and signing of garments like T-shirts, jackets, sweat shirts, e.g. for bands, schools, workwear, designer clothing
professional textile finishing with flex and flock films - perfect for sport clubs
creating personal baseball caps
designing towels and bathing clothes
creative large format photos on bathroom or kitchen tiles
create your own bag collection
which heat press is the right one for my projects?

The most important criteria when selecting a heat press is the shape and size of the objects that are to be transferred. For flat items like tiles or garments, a clam press like the TC 2 or TC 5 are suitable. For individual mugs, special mug presses are available which fit exactly the size of the mug. .

accessories
  silicon mat 40cm x 40cm
heat resistant silicon mat to adapt the heat plate to uneven surfaces, e.g. tiles. 40 x 40cm, 1mm thick
heat plate protection made from PTFE 38 x 38cm
self adhesive fiber glass film with PTFE-top-coating made in Germany. Replacement for damaged or wasted anti-stick coatings of heat presses. Sheet 38cm x 38cm, suitable for heat presses like Secabo TC 5, Secabo TS-38, 150ym thick.
