Mimaki JV3-160S full solvent inkjet printer - sSince its launch at the beginning of the year, the JV3 has become the benchmark for quality, speed, value and ease of use. The printer uses three year + outdoor durable solvent inks, yet is easy to maintain and operate, with a very low running and maintenance cost. Designed from the ground up, it’s a complete solution from Mimaki - not a conversion of an “off the shelf” printer with third party inks. Therefore, it comes with a full 12 month Mimaki backed warranty, that includes the print heads.
The new Mimaki CG-130FX sports a photo-electric eye for automatic registration of pre-printed vinyl graphics. It’s 1.3m wide and Mimaki cutters have a great reputation for consistency and robust build quality - a real production work horse!
At the heart of these machines is a state-of-the-art digital microprocessor control and proprietary heat control circuit field tested beyond 10 million heating cycles. This allows for an unprecedented 3 year warranty on the control. The Digital Knight controller features an oversized LCD display for easy reading of time, temperature, and pressure/height gauge readings. The controller has a surprising array of extremely useful features, such as user programmable presets, automatic timing, finished cycle recording, selectable alarms and much more. Overall, the extremely accurate control and intuitively easy to use interface makes a for a reject-free production environment.
Under the skin of a Uniform printer we carry out a number of fundamental mechanical modifications that allow for increased reliability, enhanced performance, and most importantly, facilitates the use of our own active solvent inks that give improved durability, with instant ink drying, on the widest possible range of substrates.
