Signmaster's Refurbishment Programme
Buying a second user machine doesn’t mean you have to compromise on quality. At Signmaster we offer a range of fully refurbished second user machines and unlike other “refurbished” equipment on the market, all our second user equipment goes through an intensive 3 day refurbishment programme.
The refurbishment programme includes stripping the machine back to the chassis, cleaning all components - even the screws and bolts! Any components that are not functioning at 100% or are showing any signs of wear are replaced with new OEM components. The machines are then reassembled, calibrated and tested before finally receiving a set of new or refurbished covers meaning all machines leave looking and performing like new.
The level of which we refurbish machines is extremely high and we pride ourselves on how thorough our programme is. For example, we often order-in parts that are not normally stocked by the manufacturer; these are classed as specials as they are not usually replaced in a standard refurbishment.
All our second user equipment benefits from a 3 month gold warranty, installation and training is carried out over 2 days and all machines come with a full set of ink, rip software and free aftersales technical and remote support so it really is like buying a brand new machine.
