Cutting and finishing the toughest materials in a single action

The Apollo XL can cut materials up to 20mm (3/4”) thick. It cuts cleanly, accurately, without dust and without noise and is the most affordable heavy duty cutter available. In a single movement, you can slice easily through the toughest materials to leave a smooth edge with no need for extra finishing. Its unique features will speed up your production, whilst guaranteeing a perfect cut every time. The Apollo XL is the essential tool for a high-volume production unit.

Perfect cut every time

To ensure precision accuracy, the Apollo XL’s unique full length clamp
can be first applied lightly to allow for fine adjustments, before the pressure is
increased for a firm hold. The clamp is designed to protect delicate boards and
printed surfaces. The laser sightline helps you achieve exact alignment and all
the blades cut along the same line.

Cut a variety of materials

Capable of cutting materials such as aluminium composites, PVC foam board, corrugated plastics, honeycomb board, magnetic sheet, MDF, aluminium up 1mm thick, acrylic up to 6mm thick (score and break), glass up to 6mm thick (score and break), make your own tray signs with the V-Groove aluminium composite cutting head and much more!

Saves time and money

In a high production environment, repeatable accurate cutting reduces waste and
increases productivity. A pair of left and right-hand production stops and a
precise squaring arm allows users to quickly cut boards to a specific
measurement. Scoring and cutting blades are permanently mounted for instant
use and cut along the same line. With the Apollo XL, there is no need for
additional tools or finishing products.

Space saving and silent

The upright structure and wall mounting feature saves workshop space. The
design uses your body weight to minimise the effort needed to cut tough
materials. There is no noise and no need for electric power and the upright
design and the low friction bearing system combined together reduces user
fatigue.

Sign trays and much more

With the addition of the optional V-groove tool, the Apollo XL creates perfect
sign trays, self-standing displays, boxes and exhibition stands. The V-groove tool
fits directly onto the Apollo XL cutting head and is ready for action in seconds.
