The Trimalco Helios combines streamlined design, high accuracy, and dust-free performance in a tool that’s right at home in fast-paced shop environments. Its simplicity, switchable cutting tracks, and folding mounting option make it both practical and reliable.

Available in six cut lengths: 60 cm, 110 cm, 160 cm, 210 cm, 260 cm, and 310 cm (24″ to 80″)

Consistent Straightness: Guaranteed accuracy of ±0.4 mm (0.016″) across the full cutter length. 

Lift & Float Mechanism: The cutter bar lifts slightly above the material during alignment and loading, easing setup and reducing material drag. 

Compact Storage Option: When mounted at the bench edge, Helios can fold under the table to free up workspace when not in use. 

Dual Track Cutting: Includes both utility blade and rotary blade tracks. Switching is fast and tool-free.
