Mimaki’s High specification LED-UV printer / cutter

The UCJV300-160 is an innovative 1.6m LED-UV printer / cutter with unique creative features, low running costs, and the ability to print to a wide range of materials. Output is instantly dry, making it possible to laminate, cut, or finish immediately after printing, resulting in a highly efficient workflow.

To build layered, transformative graphics: 3, 4 and 5 layer process.
Available for glossy or textured effects
The UCJV330-160 is Mimaki’s first roll-to-roll printer to support emboss printing. By applying layers of UV ink, the printer can create uneven surface allowing you to simulate textures such as oil paintings and wood grains.
Watermark printing reveals the skeleton image when exposed to backlighting. When illuminated from behind such as sunlight or backlight creating unique designs.
Reduces visible banding
Delivers high density print by removing the gap between dots
Combined with Waveform Control technology, it further ensures stable print quality by controlling waveforms on each printhead chip for higher dot placement accuracy and more uniform dot density on each pass
Substitutes defective nozzles to ensure uninterrupted operation
Periodically cycles white ink to prevent pigment deposition
Ensures high quality output by jetting almost perfect round ink droplet
