The most advanced generation of TrueVIS

The VG3 is a fantastic all-rounder, it can print pretty much anything onto pretty much anything.

Available in 2 sizes: VG3-540: (1370mm) VG3-640: (1600mm)

With Roland’s exceptional build quality in a brand-new purpose designed chassis, it’s a striking but functional addition to your print room.

The TR2 inks are the latest version of Roland’s solvent-based inks with a reduced gas-off time of 6 hours allowing you to produce great quality vibrant prints with a much quicker finishing time reducing that valuable production time.

The colour options available including white/green/orange inks really give it an edge on other similar printers, by being able to produce amazing colours in your prints especially when using the new True Rich colour options in Versaworks. They are that vibrant that some prints even look as though they are printed using neon inks!

New TR2 inks with orange & Green ink option !

TR2 ink supports 2 x CMYK and 7-colour + White, plus an 8-colour Orange configuration, to increase the
breadth of colour gamut and add real impact and high visibility to graphics. For even richer prints, a new
Multiprocess Colour Function has been developed so that Orange ink can be used in all file types as a
process colour or spot if specific colour matching is required. TrueVIS VG2 and TR2 ink is certified by the
3M™ MCS™, providing assurance of quality and reliability of graphics, and supports Avery Dennison™ ICS™
performance guarantee*. Also certified GREENGUARD Gold for safe indoor applications.

True Rich Color

In order to take full advantage of the VG3’s superior colour reproduction capability
and the wide colour gamut provided by new TR2 ink, Roland DG has developed
a new colour management pre-set, True Rich Colour. Now vibrant colour can be
combined with neutral greys, smooth gradations and natural skin tones to create
stunning graphics. Don’t compromise on colour accuracy or vibrancy – True Rich
Colour gives you the best of both

Automatic lifting pinch rollers

These remove the need for manual removal of pinch rollers and eliminate pinch roller running through fresh prints during cut mode

Multi Crop Mark

This enhances the accuracy during print and cutting over longer lengths
