Metawrap MD-X / MD-XB + MG-X Wrap Bundles Overview
Metamark vehicle wrap bundles combine MD-X or MD-XB printable cast film with matching MG-X overlaminate.
The range provides a coordinated film and laminate solution for professional vehicle graphics production.
Current bundle options cover different widths, roll lengths and laminate finishes.
50 Micron Cylinder Cast Printable Film
Both MD-X and MD-XB are currently specified as 50 micron cylinder cast printable films.
The cast construction is designed for professional wrap and graphics production.
Both products are supplied in a White Gloss finish.
MetaScape Permanent Adhesive
MD-X and MD-XB use Metamark’s MetaScape permanent grey solvent adhesive.
The adhesive forms part of the current professional wrap film specification.
Correct cleaning and preparation remain essential before application.
Layflat PE Kraft Liner
Both printable films use a 140gsm layflat PE Kraft liner.
This supports handling during printing, finishing and application preparation.
Seven-Year Unprinted Durability
The current specification states seven-year durability for unprinted MD-X and MD-XB film.
Actual printed service life depends on ink, laminate, exposure and installation conditions.

The laminate is supplied on a 140gsm layflat PE Kraft blue-print liner.
Abrasion Resistance and UV Protection
The current MG-X specification identifies high abrasion resistance.
It also identifies medium UV protection.
This helps protect suitable printed wrap graphics after lamination.
Suitable for Cold Lamination
MG-X is specified as suitable for cold lamination.
This allows printed MD-X or MD-XB graphics to be finished before installation.
Gloss and Matte Laminate Choices
Current live bundle variants include both Gloss and Matte laminate selections.
The original MG-X specification identifies MG-X-005 Gloss and MG-X-002 Matt.
The specification currently identifies the Matt version as 1370mm only.
Available Widths
