Siser PS EasyWeed is a professional cut-only heat transfer vinyl designed for reliable garment decoration.

This polyurethane HTV combines straightforward cutting and weeding with a soft finished feel on suitable textiles.

It is ideal for creating names, numbers, lettering, logos and detailed graphics without printing onto the film.

The wide colour selection makes Siser PS EasyWeed suitable for both everyday work and more creative garment projects.

Easy Cutting and Weeding

Siser EasyWeed heat transfer vinyl is designed to make cut-and-weed production simple and efficient.

The film has an average thickness of approximately 90 microns.

Siser recommends a 45-degree blade and approximately 60gf cutting pressure as a starting point.

Actual settings can vary depending on your cutter, blade condition and artwork complexity.

Designs should be mirror-cut before the unwanted vinyl is removed.

The remaining graphic stays positioned on the polyester carrier ready for heat application.

Reliable Heat Application

Siser recommends applying EasyWeed at 150°C for 15 seconds using medium pressure.

The stated pressure range is approximately 2.5 to 3.5 bar.

The carrier can be removed hot or cold, giving operators flexibility within their production workflow.

EasyWeed can also be layered when creating multi-colour garment designs.

Suitable Garments and Applications

Siser PS EasyWeed is suitable for cotton, polyester and poly/cotton blend fabrics.

It is not recommended for treated fabrics or textiles produced using dye sublimation.

Typical applications include workwear, promotional clothing, sportswear, T-shirts, hoodies and personalised garment projects.

Its flexible construction helps finished graphics sit naturally on suitable textiles.

Care and Washing

Allow at least 24 hours after application before washing a decorated garment.

Siser states EasyWeed can be washed inside-out at temperatures up to 80°C.

Bleach and aggressive chemical products should be avoided.

The material can also be tumble dried using a cotton cycle and is suitable for dry cleaning.
