The front beam of the table accepts the Athena mounting brackets, allowing the Athena and its adjustment mechanism to be fitted directly to the table. The 18mm worktop
is then fitted to make the table surface the same height as the cutter. The Athena cutter can also be rotated forward to hang below the surface leaving the tabletop clear.

There are many proprietary modular aluminum table systems available today but they
nearly all lack the strength and rigidity required to provide a solid enough foundation for
our large format cutters. The Atlas workbench system is a strong, lightweight, modular
system designed to enable the user to specify and assemble made to measure workbenches.
