This printable HTV is engineered to apply in just 5 seconds using a heat press, making it an excellent choice for busy production environments, garment personalisation businesses and print shops working with quick turnarounds. The low-temperature press requirement helps prevent damage to delicate fabrics, especially polyester technical wear, performance textiles and lightweight garments that may react poorly to standard HTV temperatures. It also makes it easier to maintain garment quality, particularly on dark fabrics where heat press shine or plate marks can be more visible.

Hi-5 Print is compatible with inkjet digital printing and cutting systems using Solvent, Eco-Solvent , making it ideal for print-and-cut workflows. It’s a popular option for producing full-colour garment transfers including logos, photographs, gradients and high-detail artwork—perfect for retail, promotional apparel, uniforms, sportswear and personalised fashion.

Another key advantage is durability. Once applied, Hi-5 Print offers excellent wash performance, with wash resistance up to 60°C, making it suitable for garments that need to withstand regular laundering, including workwear and daily-use clothing.
