Fast Five-Second Heat Application

Hi-5 Print is specifically designed to reduce the time garments spend beneath the heat press.

Siser specifies an application time of just five seconds.

For textiles below 150g/m², the recommended transfer temperature is 120°C.

For heavier textiles above 150g/m², Siser specifies a temperature of 150°C.

This combination makes Hi-5 Print particularly useful when production speed and controlled heat exposure are important.

Printable PU for Detailed Graphics

Hi-5 Print is manufactured from polyurethane and has an average thickness of approximately 85 microns.

It is suitable for inkjet digital printing and cutting systems using solvent, eco-solvent or HP Latex inks.

The material is available in Matt and Vivid finishes to suit different garment and artwork requirements.

Choose from the available 500mm and 750mm widths and different roll lengths above.

Print, Cut and Prepare

Print the required artwork before contour cutting the finished graphic.

Siser recommends a 45-degree blade and approximately 50gf cutting pressure as a starting point.

Excess material should then be weeded away from the finished design.

Use Siser TTD Easy application tape to lift the printed graphic from its polyester backing.

The prepared transfer can then be accurately positioned on the garment before pressing.

Suitable Garments and Textiles

Siser specifies Hi-5 Print for cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends and Elastan.

It is particularly useful for performance wear and garments where reduced heat exposure can benefit production.

The material is not recommended for dye-sublimated or treated textiles.

Always test the complete print, cut and transfer workflow before starting full production.

Application and Garment Care

Siser specifies high pressure during heat application.

After pressing, remove the application tape while hot or warm according to the current transfer instructions.

Wait at least 24 hours before washing the finished garment.

Decorated garments can be washed at temperatures up to 60°C.

Avoid bleach and aggressive chemical products, and do not dry clean the finished garment.
