The new generation of BK4 high-speed digital cutting system also has an intelligent conveyor system, high strength frame, and many cutting functions – we’re talking flawless operation.

It’s a high-speed, single-layer (small multi-layer) material cutting system that can automatically and accurately complete full-cut, half-cut, engraving, V-groove, crease, marking and other processes. The 12mm steel frame has what’s known as qualified connection technology – it’s more stable, more robust – and the machine body frame itself weighs 600KG. It’s a solid piece of kit. The table’s strength has been increased by 30% too, so vibration isn’t a problem. It’s reliable and durable.

Cutting speeds can reach 1800mm/s. IECHO MC motion control module makes the machine run more intelligently – we’d say ‘more intuitively’. Different motion modes can be changed easily, too. In addition, IECHO’s technical geniuses have made modifications to create a comfortable working environment, putting out no more than 65dB in energy saving mode. The BK4 is already being widely used in the car interior, advertising, apparel, home furnishing, composite materials and other fields.
