IECHO TK4. The precision you need, from a bespoke machine that’s configured by you to drive your business forward. The TK4 is modular. Components can be delivered through an ordinary door and built up on site, which makes it ideal for more restrictive space in the working environment.

IECHO’s TK series was developed for automatic processing in a broad range of industries. Everything about these machines is intended to make your life easier. The long list of optional extras includes overhead high-resolution cameras,
twin Y beams, a vision-to-cut system and a pallet-to-pallet auto sheet feed and stacker system – and the bed size
is completely up to you…

The TK4 has extensive options for specific applications including automatic textile pattern recognition and barcode scanning.

It’s a user-friendly operating system too, and offers a wide range of different tools. The Automatic Tool Change System has an automatic router bit changing system, so multiple types of router bits can change at random without intervention. Up to 9 different types of router bits can be set in the bit holder. What’s more, the depth of cutting tool is controlled very, very precisely by the automatic knife initialisation system.

X axis two motors

For the extreme wide beam, use the two motors with the balance technology, make the transmission more stable and accurate.

Large format cutting system

Based on the standard size of TK4S, can customize the machine according to customer's special requirements, and the maximum cutting width can reach 4900mm.

Side control box

The controlling boxes are designed at the side of the machine body, which make it easier to make maintenance.

Flexible working area

The modularized working area can be added according to customers' requirements.

Aviation aluminum honeycomb panel

Application of aviation aluminum honeycomb panel, making the inside air of panel moves freely, ensures the stability of structure without the influence of thermal expansion and contraction effect.

Dual beams cutting system

Automatic tool changer system

IECHO Automatic Tool Change（ATC）System, with automatic router bit changing system function, multiple types of router bits can change at random without human labor，and it has up to 9 different types of router bits can be set in the bit holder.

The depth of cutting tool can be controlled accurately by the automatic knife initialization system(AKI).
