The Keencut SteelTrak is purpose-built for high-demand environments—delivering clean, accurate, and repeatable cuts on rigid substrates in one simple action. Its vertical design, safety-first clamp system, and robust build reduce waste, minimise operator fatigue, and improve production workflow efficiency.

Semi-rigid materials: PVC foamboard up to 13 mm, Correx & corrugated plastic ≤13 mm, foam-centred board ≤13 mm, magnetic sheet ≤4 mm

Rigid materials (scoring/cutting): Aluminium composite panel (Dibond), steel composite panel ≤4 mm, MDF ≤3 mm, cast acrylic and glass scoring ≤3 mm

Use optional V‑groove, glass scoring, or aluminium scoring accessories for specialised cuts
