Siser Brick 600 Textile is an extra-thick cut-only heat transfer vinyl for bold, raised garment graphics.

Its 600-micron polyurethane construction gives logos, lettering and shapes a noticeably dimensional finished appearance.

Siser Brick 600 cut-only heat transfer vinyl is ideal when standard flat HTV lacks enough visual impact.

Despite its substantial thickness, Siser designs Brick 600 for straightforward cutting, weeding and heat application.

Bold 600-Micron Construction

Brick 600 has an average thickness of 600 microns before application.

The thick PU film creates strong visual depth while retaining the flexibility required for suitable garments.

This makes it particularly effective for bold logos, numbers, lettering and uncomplicated graphic shapes.

The polyester carrier supports the material during cutting, weeding and positioning before heat application.

Cut-Only Garment Vinyl

Brick 600 is a cut-only material and should not be digitally printed.

Mirror the artwork before cutting it with a compatible vinyl cutter or plotter.

Siser recommends a 60-degree blade and approximately 80g cutting pressure as starting settings.

The material is also identified by Siser as laser friendly.

Always run a production test before processing a larger quantity of garments.

Create Raised Garment Graphics

The substantial film thickness produces a distinctive raised effect once transferred onto the garment.

This makes Brick 600 useful for sportswear, workwear, branded merchandise and statement apparel graphics.

Simple shapes and larger design elements allow the material's dimensional finish to have maximum visual impact.

Fine detail should be tested carefully because the film is considerably thicker than standard garment vinyl.

Heat Application Settings

Siser specifies an application temperature of 155°C for Brick 600.

Press the finished design for 25 seconds using medium to high pressure.

Allow the transfer to cool before removing the polyester carrier.

Correct time, temperature and pressure are important for consistent adhesion and a clean finished result.

Suitable Garments and Care

Siser specifies Brick 600 for 100% cotton, 100% polyester and suitable poly/cotton blends.

The material is not recommended for dye-sublimated fabrics.

Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing the decorated garment.

Siser currently specifies washing at temperatures up to 40°C.

Normal tumble drying is permitted, but decorated garments should not be dry cleaned.

Avoid bleach and other aggressive chemical cleaning agents.
