Siser ColorPrint Digital Textile Vinyl | Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl Overview

Siser ColorPrint is a printable PVC heat transfer vinyl for producing full-colour graphics on suitable untreated garments.

It combines strong opacity with vibrant colour reproduction, making it suitable for both light and dark fabrics.

Siser printable heat transfer vinyl supports professional print-and-cut workflows using compatible wide-format digital printers and cutters.

Made for Digital Print and Cut

Siser ColorPrint is designed for inkjet digital printing using solvent, eco-solvent and HP Latex inks.

Print detailed logos, photographs, text and full-colour artwork before contour cutting the finished design.

The white printable surface provides excellent colour reproduction while maintaining good coverage over darker garments.

Its semi-gloss finish produces clean, professional-looking garment graphics across many commercial applications.

170-Micron PVC Construction

Siser specifies an average thickness of 170 microns for ColorPrint.

The PVC heat-seal film is supplied on a non-adhesive polyester carrier for printing and cutting.

The material is REACH compliant and carries Siser's current VeganOK certification.

Suitable Garments

ColorPrint can be applied to untreated cotton, polyester, performance wear, poly/cotton blends and spandex.

It is suitable for T-shirts, workwear, sportswear, promotional clothing and many everyday garment-decoration applications.

Siser does not recommend ColorPrint for treated or dye-sublimated fabrics.

Always test unfamiliar fabrics before production, particularly when garment coatings or unusual dyes may be present.

Printing and Cutting

Print the required artwork before contour cutting the design with a compatible print-and-cut or vinyl-cutting system.

Siser recommends a 45-degree blade and approximately 70gf cutting pressure.

The manufacturer's suggested cutting speed is approximately 20cm per second.

Remove unwanted material carefully after cutting to leave the finished printed graphic.

Allow the Print to Dry

Siser recommends allowing ColorPrint to dry for 12 hours after printing.

Complete this drying period before applying TTD tape, rolling, overlaying or heat transferring the material.

Use Siser TTD Easy application tape to lift the weeded design from its polyester carrier.

Heat-Press Application

Position the transferred graphic onto the garment before applying the recommended heat-press settings.

Press Siser ColorPrint at 150°C for 15 seconds.

Use medium pressure of approximately 2.5 to 3.5 bar.

Remove the TTD application tape while hot after pressing.

Garment Care

Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing the finished garment.

Siser permits washing at temperatures up to 60°C.

Do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use aggressive chemical cleaning agents.
