Siser ColorPrint Easy (Text Print) | Printable Heat Transfer Vinyl Overview

Siser ColorPrint Easy is a printable heat transfer vinyl developed for detailed, full-colour garment graphics.

The white PVC film provides strong colour coverage on both light and dark garments.

It is ideal for photographs, gradients, logos and artwork that cannot be produced efficiently with cut-only HTV.

Siser printable heat transfer vinyl supports commercial print-and-cut workflows using common wide-format printing technology.

Printable 170-Micron PVC Film

Siser specifies an average thickness of 170 microns for COLORPRINT.

The white film provides a suitable base for bright colours, detailed graphics and photographic artwork.

Its matte finish creates a clean appearance across fashion, workwear, promotional and personalised garment applications.

The polyester backing supports the material through printing, contour cutting and weeding.

Solvent, Eco-Solvent and Latex Printing

Siser ColorPrint Easy is designed for solvent, eco-solvent and HP Latex digital printing systems.

This makes it suitable for print businesses already operating compatible wide-format print-and-cut equipment.

Print the required artwork before contour cutting and removing the excess material.

Siser recommends allowing the printed film to dry for 12 hours before applying transfer tape.

Cutting and Transfer Preparation

Siser recommends a 45-degree blade and approximately 70gf cutting pressure as starting settings.

A cutting speed around 20cm per second is specified in Siser's current technical guidance.

Always perform a test cut before beginning a larger production run.

After weeding, use suitable Siser TTD application tape to lift and position the printed transfer.

Heat-Press Application

Apply Siser ColorPrint Easy at 150°C for approximately 15 seconds.

Siser specifies medium pressure during heat application.

Remove the application tape while hot after completing the pressing cycle.

Consistent time, temperature and pressure help produce reliable adhesion across the complete graphic.

Suitable Garments

Siser specifies COLORPRINT for cotton, polyester, performance wear, poly/cotton blends and suitable stretch fabrics.

The material is not recommended for treated textiles or dye-sublimated garments.

Always test unfamiliar fabrics before beginning full production.

The film can be used for branded clothing, workwear, promotional apparel and personalised garments.

Garment Care

Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing the finished garment.

Siser specifies washing temperatures up to 60°C for COLORPRINT.

Do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use aggressive chemical cleaning products.
