Siser ColorPrint Ink Block PU LT is a specialist printable heat transfer vinyl for sublimated and dyed garments.

Its integrated block-out layer helps reduce unwanted dye migration into your printed garment graphic.

This makes it particularly useful when decorating polyester sportswear, teamwear and other strongly dyed textiles.

Siser printable heat transfer vinyl supports full-colour print-and-cut production using compatible wide-format printers.

Designed to Help Block Dye Migration

Dye migration can occur when heat activates colourants within sublimated or heavily dyed polyester garments.

These dyes can travel into standard heat transfer films and alter the appearance of the printed graphic.

ColorPrint Ink Block PU LT includes a specialist barrier layer designed to reduce this effect.

This helps maintain cleaner colours when producing graphics for suitable dyed and sublimated garments.

Printable for Full-Colour Graphics

This material is designed for solvent, eco-solvent and latex printing systems.

Print the required artwork before contour cutting it with a compatible print-and-cut device or cutter.

After cutting, weed away the unwanted material surrounding the finished graphic.

Suitable application tape can then be used to lift and position the design onto the garment.

Low-Temperature Heat Application

The LT designation reflects the product's lower application temperature compared with many conventional garment films.

Current technical guidance specifies an application temperature of 135°C.

Press the finished transfer for approximately 15 seconds using medium pressure.

Remove the application tape while the transfer remains hot.

Always test the complete printing and pressing process before beginning a production run.

110-Micron Polyurethane Film

ColorPrint Ink Block PU LT uses a 110-micron polyurethane face film with a matt finish.

The current recommended starting cut setting uses a 45-degree blade with approximately 80g pressure.

Cutting performance can vary between machines, blades and operating conditions.

A test cut is therefore recommended before processing larger quantities.

Suitable Garments

The material is particularly intended for sublimated garments and textiles where dye migration is a concern.

Current supplier guidance lists polyester, cotton and poly/cotton blends as compatible fabric types.

Typical applications include sports kits, performance garments, workwear, uniforms and other printed apparel.

Always test unfamiliar or treated textiles before committing to full production.
