Siser ColorPrint PU Extra SP is a specialist printable heat transfer vinyl for challenging garment and textile applications.

It is designed for lightly siliconed nylon and other difficult fabrics where standard printable HTV can struggle.

This white print-and-cut material provides a practical option for producing detailed, full-colour graphics on specialist textiles.

Designed for Difficult Fabrics

ColorPrint PU Extra SP uses specialist adhesive technology developed to bond with challenging and lightly treated surfaces.

Suitable applications include technical outerwear, sports coats, windbreakers, bags, umbrellas, canvas and other coated textiles.

It can also suit selected faux leather applications, subject to testing before production.

This makes the material particularly useful for workwear, promotional products, outdoor equipment and personalised accessories.

Print, Cut and Heat Apply

This printable HTV is suitable for digital print-and-cut production using solvent, eco-solvent or HP Latex-based inks.

Print your full-colour artwork before contour cutting, weeding and transferring the finished design using suitable application tape.

The material has an average thickness of 70 microns and uses a polyurethane construction.

A 45-degree blade and approximately 50g cutting pressure are recommended starting points.

Always complete a test cut before processing a full production run.

Heat Press Application

Siser specifies an application temperature of 155°C with a pressing time of approximately 15 seconds.

Use medium pressure, around 3 to 4 bar, and remove the application tape while hot.

Allow the decorated item to rest for 24 hours before its first wash.

Finished garments can be washed at temperatures up to 40°C.

Avoid bleach, aggressive chemicals and dry cleaning to help protect the finished decoration.
