Siser Digibrick is a premium printable heat transfer vinyl designed to do something most printable HTV can’t — add real depth and dimension to your prints. Often described as “Print on Brick!”, Digibrick is a high thickness printable material that allows you to create full-colour designs with a bold, raised 3D effect. If you want your heat transfer graphics to stand out visually and feel premium to the touch, Digibrick is an outstanding choice.

Unlike standard printable HTV that sits flat on the garment, Siser Digibrick is engineered with a substantial thickness of 750 microns, giving your prints a noticeable uplift and “pop”. This makes it ideal for logos, badges, branding marks, lettering and graphics where you want customers to immediately see and feel the difference. It’s especially popular for sportswear branding, streetwear, premium merchandise, promotional apparel and fashion applications where texture and impact sell the product.

Digibrick is compatible with Solvent, Eco-Solvent and UV-based inks, making it a strong option for print shops already running wide format printers. • Composition: PU
• Average Thickness: 750 µm
• Blade Angle: 60°
• Cut Pressure: 90-100gf
• Press Temperature: 155°C
• Press Time: 25 seconds
• Application Pressure: Medium pressure (3/4 bar)
• Peel: Remove application tape while hot

Care & Washing

• Initial Wait: 24 hours before first wash
• Max Wash Temp: 60°C
• Drying: Tumble dry (cotton cycle)
• Dry Cleaning: Do not dry clean
• Chemicals: Do not use bleach or aggressive chemical agents

Compatible Fabrics: 100% Cotton, 100% Poly/Cotton. Poly/Cotton blends (not for dye sublimated fabrics)
