The material expands during heat application to create dimensional garment graphics with visible depth and shine.

Siser metallic puff heat transfer vinyl is ideal for bold lettering, logos, numbers and decorative apparel designs.

Its distinctive finish works particularly well when a standard flat HTV does not provide enough visual impact.

Raised Metallic Puff Finish

Easy Puff Metallic combines Siser's expanding puff effect with a reflective metallic surface.

The material starts at an average thickness of approximately 180 microns before heat application.

During pressing, the film expands to create its characteristic raised and textured appearance.

The metallic surface adds further visual impact by reflecting light across the finished design.

Designed for Cut-Only Production

Siser Easy Puff Metallic is a cut-only material and should not be digitally printed.

Mirror the artwork before cutting it using a compatible vinyl cutter or plotter.

Siser recommends a 45-degree blade with approximately 100 to 130gf cutting pressure.

Actual cutting settings can vary depending on your machine, blade condition and artwork complexity.

Always perform a test cut before beginning a larger production run.

Two-Stage Heat Application

Easy Puff Metallic requires a specific two-stage pressing process to create the intended raised finish.

Siser currently specifies an application temperature of 140°C using high pressure.

Apply the first press for approximately five seconds.

Complete the application with a further ten-second press at the same temperature.

Siser specifies high pressure of approximately five bar throughout the application process.

Allow the transfer to cool before removing the polyester carrier.

Use a Professional Heat Press

Siser recommends applying Easy Puff Metallic with a professional manual or automatic heat press.

A domestic iron or hand-held heat press is not recommended for this material.

Consistent pressure across the complete design is particularly important when activating the puff effect.

Suitable Garments

Siser specifies Easy Puff Metallic for cotton, polyester and suitable poly/cotton blend fabrics.

The product is not recommended for garments produced using dye-sublimation processes.

Typical applications include fashion garments, hoodies, T-shirts, teamwear, promotional clothing and personalised apparel.

Always test unfamiliar or treated textiles before beginning full production.

Garment Care

Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing the decorated garment.

Siser recommends cold washing by hand or washing the garment inside-out.

Do not tumble dry, dry clean, bleach or use aggressive chemical cleaning products.
