Siser Glitter is a premium cut-only heat transfer vinyl for bold, sparkling garment graphics and personalised textile designs.

Its textured polyurethane construction creates a distinctive glitter finish that catches light and adds strong visual impact.

Siser Glitter cut-only heat transfer vinyl is ideal for lettering, logos, numbers and decorative garment graphics.

The material is available in a broad range of colours, including standard, neon and specialty glitter finishes.

Sparkling 350-Micron PU Film

Siser specifies an average material thickness of 350 microns.

The substantial PU construction produces a textured glitter surface while remaining suitable for garment decoration.

Its adhesive polyester backing supports the material during cutting, weeding, positioning and heat application.

The glitter finish works particularly well on fashion garments, dancewear, teamwear, promotional clothing and personalised gifts.

Cut-Only Garment Vinyl

Siser Glitter is a cut-only material and should not be digitally printed.

Mirror the artwork before cutting it with a compatible vinyl cutter or plotter.

Siser recommends a 60-degree blade and approximately 120g cutting pressure as starting settings.

The material is also identified by Siser as laser friendly.

Always run a test cut before processing a larger production quantity.

Heat Application Settings

Siser specifies an application temperature of 160°C for Glitter.

Press the finished design for 15 seconds using medium pressure.

The polyester carrier can be removed either hot or cold.

Correct time, temperature and pressure are important for consistent adhesion and a clean finished result.

Layering Siser Glitter

Siser Glitter can be layered, but Siser specifies that it should only be used as the top layer.

Do not place other heat transfer films over Glitter.

This restriction helps preserve adhesion and the textured glitter surface.

Always test mixed-material designs before beginning full garment production.

Suitable Garments and Care

Siser specifies Glitter for 100% cotton, 100% polyester, elastane and suitable poly/cotton blends.

The material is not recommended for dye-sublimated fabrics.

Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing the decorated garment.

Siser currently specifies washing at temperatures up to 40°C.

Normal tumble drying and dry cleaning are permitted.

Avoid bleach and other aggressive chemical cleaning agents.
