Siser Hi-5 Textile is a professional cut-only heat transfer vinyl developed for fast garment decoration and technical textiles.

Its thin polyurethane construction creates a soft, flexible finish that sits comfortably on suitable garments.

The material applies in only five seconds, helping reduce production time during busy garment workflows.

Siser Hi-5 cut-only heat transfer vinyl also uses reduced application temperatures for suitable lighter textiles.

Fast, Low-Temperature Application

Siser specifies an application time of just five seconds for Hi-5 Textile.

For textiles up to approximately 150g/m², the recommended transfer temperature is 120°C.

For heavier textiles above 150g/m², Siser specifies 150°C.

These settings can help reduce unnecessary heat exposure when decorating suitable performance and technical garments.

High pressure is required during application for reliable transfer.

Thin and Flexible PU Film

Hi-5 Textile is manufactured from polyurethane and has an average thickness of approximately 90 microns.

Its adhesive polyester carrier helps keep detailed cut graphics stable during weeding and positioning.

The finished film remains thin and flexible, making it particularly suitable for activewear and performance garments.

Hi-5 can also be layered to create multi-colour logos, names, numbers and garment graphics.

Cut and Weed Your Design

Hi-5 Textile is a cut-only product and should not be printed.

Mirror cut the artwork using a compatible vinyl cutter or plotter.

Siser recommends a 45-degree blade and approximately 50gf cutting pressure as a starting point.

Weed away the unwanted material before positioning the finished design onto the garment.

After pressing, the polyester carrier can be removed hot or cold.

Suitable Garments

Siser specifies Hi-5 Textile for cotton, polyester, poly/cotton blends, performance wear and Elastan.

Its construction makes it particularly useful for polyester-based technical fabrics and garments containing elastic fibres.

Hi-5 is not recommended for dye-sublimated fabrics.

Always test the material on the intended textile before beginning a full production run.

Garment Care

Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing the decorated garment.

Siser specifies washing temperatures up to 60°C, preferably with the garment turned inside out.

Normal tumble drying and dry cleaning are permitted under Siser's current guidance.

Avoid bleach and other aggressive chemical products.
