Siser Metal heat transfer vinyl is a 60 micron foiled PU film with a smooth metallic finish.
It is designed for decorative garment graphics where a clean Silver or Gold effect is required.
The material combines a shiny surface with a soft hand after application.
Smooth Metallic Finish
Siser Metal provides a polished metallic appearance on suitable garment graphics.
The foiled PU construction creates a brighter finish than conventional smooth HTV.
It is well suited to logos, lettering and decorative fashion graphics.
60 Micron Foiled PU Construction
Siser Metal uses a 60 micron foiled polyurethane face film.
The thin construction helps retain a relatively soft feel on the finished garment.
It is designed for straightforward cut-only production.
Silver and Gold Options
The current live range is available in Silver and Gold.
Both colours provide a classic metallic appearance for garment decoration.
Adhesive Polyester Liner
Siser Metal is supplied on an adhesive polyester liner.
The liner supports controlled cutting, weeding and positioning before heat application.
Compatible Garment Fabrics
The current specification lists 100% polyester and 100% cotton.
It is also suitable for poly/cotton blends.
Always test unfamiliar garments before beginning full production.
Not for Dye-Sublimated Fabrics

150°C Application Temperature
