Siser PS Electric | Cut-Only Heat Transfer Vinyl Overview
Siser PS Electric heat transfer vinyl is a 90 micron PU film with a striking pearlescent metallic finish.
It is designed for professional cut-only garment graphics where a brighter decorative effect is required.
The material is PVC free and supplied on an adhesive polyester carrier.
Pearlescent Metallic Finish
PS Electric adds a vivid metallic sheen to cut garment graphics.
The finish provides a different appearance from conventional matt or gloss heat transfer vinyl.
It is particularly suited to fashion, promotional garments and decorative textile graphics.
90 Micron PU Construction
Siser PS Electric uses a 90 micron polyurethane face film.
The PU construction provides a flexible garment decoration material for suitable fabrics.
It also keeps finished graphics relatively lightweight on the garment.
PVC-Free Heat Transfer Vinyl
The current product specification identifies PS Electric as PVC free.

It is also suitable for 100% cotton and poly/cotton blends.

150°C Application Temperature
The current application temperature for PS Electric is 150°C.
The stated pressing time is 15 seconds.
Medium pressure of approximately 3–4 bar is recommended.
Hot or Cold Peel
The carrier can be removed either hot or cold.
This gives production flexibility across different garment workflows.
Cutting and Weeding
The current specification recommends a 45-degree blade.
A cut pressure of approximately 60g is listed.
The adhesive carrier helps support efficient weeding after cutting.
