Thin 90-Micron PU Film

Siser PS Extra uses a polyurethane construction with an average thickness of approximately 90 microns.

The thin film helps maintain garment flexibility while delivering a clean and professional transferred finish.

An adhesive polyester carrier supports accurate positioning after the design has been cut and weeded.

Cutting Settings

Mirror the artwork before cutting Siser PS Extra with a compatible vinyl cutter or plotter.

Siser recommends a 45-degree blade with approximately 60g cutting pressure.

Perform a test cut before production to confirm clean cutting and straightforward weeding.

Remove the unwanted material before positioning the finished graphic onto the garment.

Heat-Press Application

Apply Siser PS Extra at 160°C for 15 seconds.

Siser specifies medium heat-press pressure of approximately 3 to 4 bar.

Remove the adhesive polyester carrier either hot or cold after pressing.

Application conditions should always be tested when working with coated or specialist technical textiles.

Ideal Applications

PS Extra is particularly useful for windbreakers, sports jackets, technical outerwear, bags and waterproof garments.

Garment Care

Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing the decorated item.

Wash finished garments at temperatures up to 40°C.

Normal tumble drying and dry cleaning are permitted according to Siser's current guidance.

Do not use bleach or other aggressive chemical cleaning agents.
