Siser S-Print is compatible with solvent, eco-solvent and UV-based inks.

Print the required artwork before contour cutting the finished design with compatible print-and-cut equipment.

Its workability supports efficient handling during printing, cutting, weeding and final garment preparation.

Thin 85-Micron PU Film

S-Print uses a polyurethane construction with an average thickness of approximately 85 microns.

The thin construction helps create a soft-touch finish that remains comfortable on decorated garments.

Siser also identifies S-Print as REACH compliant and OEKO-TEX Standard 100 Class I certified.

The current product specification also carries VeganOK certification.

Suitable Garments

Siser specifies S-Print for cotton, polyester, elastan and poly/cotton blended fabrics.

This versatility makes it suitable for fashion garments, sportswear, workwear and personalised clothing.

S-Print is not recommended for dye-sublimated fabrics.

Always test unfamiliar or treated garments before beginning a full production run.

Cutting Settings

Siser recommends a 45-degree blade with approximately 60gf cutting pressure.

Perform a test cut before production to confirm clean contour cutting and straightforward weeding.

Remove excess material carefully before transferring the finished printed graphic onto suitable application tape.

Fast Weight-Specific Application

S-Print uses different application settings according to the weight of the textile.

For textiles weighing 160g/m² or less, apply at 120°C for five seconds.

For textiles above 160g/m², apply at 150°C for ten seconds.

Use medium heat-press pressure of approximately 2.5 to 3.5 bar.

Remove the application tape while hot after pressing.

Professional Full-Colour Decoration

S-Print is suited to logos, photographs, personalised artwork and detailed multi-colour garment graphics.

Its low-temperature option can help reduce unnecessary heat exposure when working with lighter suitable textiles.

Garment Care

Wait at least 24 hours after application before washing the finished garment.

Wash decorated garments at temperatures up to 40°C.

Siser permits tumble drying using a cotton cycle.

Do not dry clean, bleach or use aggressive chemical cleaning agents.
