Medium-Tack Application Tape

TTD Easy sits within Siser's TTD application-tape range and provides a medium level of tack.

The adhesive polyester tape is supplied on a protective paper liner for straightforward handling before application.

Its tack helps keep compatible printable transfers supported while they are lifted from their original backing.

This makes detailed graphics easier to control during positioning and preparation for heat application.

Choosing the correct TTD tape for the printable media remains important for reliable transfer.

A Simple Print-and-Cut Workflow

First print, contour cut and weed the compatible printable heat transfer vinyl following its own production instructions.

Remove the TTD Easy protective liner and apply the tape evenly across the finished graphic.

The tape can be applied manually or with suitable laminating equipment.

Use a suitable squeegee to smooth the surface and reduce trapped air during manual application.

Remove the printable media backing once the graphic is securely held by the application tape.

Position the exposed transfer onto the garment ready for heat pressing.

Compatible Siser Printable HTV

Siser lists TTD Easy for several digital products, including ColorPrint PU and other compatible ColorPrint films.

TTD Easy is not the correct tape for every Siser printable garment material.

Siser specifies TTD Special for Easy Subli and TTD Advanced for EasyColor DTV.

Follow the Media Transfer Settings

Heat-press settings are determined by the printable HTV being transferred, not by TTD Easy alone.

Follow the chosen media's recommended temperature, time, pressure and tape-removal instructions.
