Placing your order.
Simply select the item or items that you require, add them to your basket and pay securely via our online checkout. We accept payment via PayPal and Credit Card (see details below). Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation, confirming the details of what you have ordered.
You have the option to set up an online account at checkout so that you can review your purchases and speed up future checkouts.
If you prefer you can call us on 01948 662669 to place your order. Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays). We accept MasterCard, Visa payments over the phone.
Secure Payment Options.
PayPal – We accept payment via PayPal . You can pay with your PayPal balance, via credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Visa) or PayPal in 3 (Subject to status, T&C’s apply. Contact PayPal for full information). Please note that in the event of a refund being issued, the initial PayPal transaction fees that we incur are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total.
Card Payments – We also accept online payments via PayPal (MasterCard, Visa, & American Express).

Finance Packages – Finance Packages are available for larger hardware purchases. Please see our handy online calculator for details or call us and we will be happy to discuss this with you.

Product Selection & Returns.
Selecting the correct product is the responsibility of the customer and Signmaster accepts no liability for products that perform to specification but do not meet the customer’s needs. Signmaster has no obligation to accept returns of products that perform to specification. For faulty items you must notify us within 7 working days of receipt of the order. Please note for hardware items purchased online there is a 12.5% cancellation & restocking charge payable if you should cancel your order.
