Placing your order
Online
Simply select the item or items that you require, add them to your basket and pay securely via our online checkout. We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card and Shop Pay (see details below). Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation, confirming the details of what you have ordered.
You have the option to set up an online account at checkout so that you can review your purchases and speed up future checkouts.

If you prefer you can call us on 01948 662669 to place your order. Our offices are open Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding bank holidays). We accept MasterCard, Visa payments over the phone.
Secure Payment Options.
PayPal – We accept payment via PayPal . You can pay with your PayPal balance, via credit card (MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Visa) or PayPal in 3 (Subject to status, T&C’s apply. Contact PayPal for full information). Please note that in the event of a refund being issued, the initial PayPal transaction fees that we incur are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund total.
Card Payments – We also accept online payments via PayPal (MasterCard, Visa, & American Express).
Shop Pay - This includes Apple Pay and Google Pay payment options.

Next Working Day Service
We do endeavour to get your orders to you next working day, however we cannot guarantee next-day delivery. As we hope that you can appreciate, we are in the hands of the courier nextworks and that there are sometimes delays which are outside of our control.
Timed Deliveries
Our couriers do endeavour to meet the target delivery windows, however there is no guarantee that these can be met. This is at your risk and we are unfortunately unable to guarantee any re-imbursement in the event that the delivery window is missed.

Some products and service may be excluded from the above. For example we can not guarantee that hardware products would be shipped on next day service.
Product Selection & Returns.
Selecting the correct product is the responsibility of the customer and Signmaster accepts no liability for products that perform to specification but do not meet the customer’s needs. Signmaster has no obligation to accept returns of products that perform to specification. For faulty items you must notify us within 48 hours of receipt of the order. Please note for hardware items purchased online there is a 12.5% cancellation & restocking charge payable if you should cancel your order.
