Our most versatile cutting system yet – ready to use out of the box!

The Helios is available in 6 sizes: 60cm (24″), 1.1m (43″), 1.6m (24”), 2.1m (40”), 2.6m (60”), 3.1m (80”)

Perfect for portable or fixed bench top use. It is lightweight – ranging from 8kg up to 30kg (half the weight of similar products on the market)
Integrated base plate- no set up or adjustment required
Can be used on any worksurface – two full length silicone strips on the underside will prevent slippage as well as protect your work surface
The Helios can be completely portable – use on your table, mount on an optional stand, build into an existing table or onto one of our purpose built Atlas Tables
Guaranteed straight to 0.4mm (0.016″) over it’s full length
5 year guarantee on all parts
20 year guarantee on the cutting head bearing

Guaranteed straight to 0.4mm (0.016″) over it’s full length.

Use on your table, mount on an optional stand, build into an existing table or onto one of our purpose built Atlas Tables.

Ergonomic cutting head

Cutting head can be pushed or pulled, requires no dexterity – suitable for both left and right handed users.

Lift & Float mechanism

To assist with the loading, aligning and unloading of media, the HELIOS is fitted with a lift and float mechanism that will secure the cutter rail a short distance above the cut line.

Rotating mechanism

When fixed to the front edge of a table, the HELIOS can be folded away to a safe position under the table leaving the work surface free for performing other duties.

Levelling adjustment

Integral levelling adjustment that allows the cutter bar to sit flat on any thickness of material up to 20mm (3/4”) thick.

Dual cutting tracks

One for the utility blade and one for the rotary blade. Switching tracks is fast and easy, simply undo the hinge bolts on either side, slide the bar into position and tighten.

Zero movement

Can be used on any worksurface – two full length silicone strips on the underside will prevent slippage as well as protect your work surface.

5 year guarantee

A 5 year guarantee on all parts except blades and cutting wheels and a 20 year guarantee on the cutting head bearings.
