The safe, general purpose cutting alternative to using a straight edge and hand knife

Remove the safety risk of using a hand knife by adding the lightweight Simplex to your tool kit. Ideal in the Workshop or On-Site, for use by the craftperson or fitter, the Simplex offers precision cutting accuracy in any environment.

It will tackle a wide variety of materials from PVC Foamboard to Floor Coverings and its superior build quality and robust design makes it the perfect portable unit!

Portable

Robust but lightweight, accurate and safe cutter that can be taken to your work. The soft silicon cord on the underside of the cutter grips and protects materials and prevents movement during use.

Accurate

Guaranteed to cut within 1.0mm of a straight line for the whole length of the cutter.

Easy-to-use

Ergonomic ‘rocker style’ cutting head designed for left or right-handed use. The blade can be pulled or pushed as appropriate for the material being cut.

Safety by design

The Simplex overcomes the safety hazards of using other portable methods of cutting, such as a hand knife and straight edge. The blade holder comes with automatic blade retraction for safety.

Optional Textile Cutter

Designed for cutting textiles and other delicate materials, or trimming thin strips off banners and posters, where a knife blade would be too aggressive.* To ensure safe operation the red blade guard is engaged when not in use. * For use with a cutting mat
