This is to ensure that we can live up to our mission statement. Which states that our business is run by printers, for printers. Let’s see how they got on.

“I have really enjoyed the hands-on experience of the Run by Printers,For Printers Training.

My role here at Signmaster, is to help advise customers on the right media to use for certain jobs before they purchase. Despite having knowledge of the media, the application process was all new to me. Now I can advise on all stages involved.

I also gained a lot of empathy for our customers. I didn’t have any idea of how time consuming areas of print can be. And the patience needed to get it right. An example of this was weeding the T-shirt Vinyl. Before applying it to the garment material – it was so tricky getting all the small details weeded correctly. 

It made me think of the deadlines customers are faced with and how vital our help here at Signmaster is for customers.”

Sam, partnered up with Sarah on the training. Sam is Signmasters Operations Manager. He is the brains behind our Logistics, Tech Department, and Health & Safety. Here is what Sam had to say.
